Meet Ashley
Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a safe place to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward.
I understand that reaching out for support can be difficult. It takes courage to take that first step, so I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I can be direct when it’s helpful, but I always lead with compassion, kindness, and a gentle touch. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen, support you, offer new perspectives, and help you build the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change.
I was drawn to the counseling profession because I knew I wanted to work in a helping field and support others in the way that I was supported during my own experience with therapy. I understand firsthand how meaningful it can be to have a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy music—especially Taylor Swift—and, as someone with ADHD, I tend to find joy and interest in many different things. I value curiosity, authenticity, humor, and the little things that make each person unique.
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, allowing you to choose the option that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We can take the process one step at a time, together.
